Happy #wellnesswednesday beautiful #fitfam ! Today the topic is #lemons ? I recently became aware of a not so awesome benefit of my totally awesome and #healthy habit! Did you know that #LEMONS can wreak your tooth ? #enamel !? Tip the acid found in these #health gems do just that! So what to do!? I personally still want my water with lemon because it aids digestion, provides nutrients  (Vitamin C, citric acid, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and pectin), boosts your immune system, strengthens liver functions, dissolves gallstones, provides antioxidants that nourish the skin, reduces inflammation, reduces hunger cravings, freshens breath, flushes toxins by increasing urination, maintains a healthy alkaline pH once metabolized, is anti-bacterial to pathogens, reduces joint pain, and more. Now who the heck doesn't want these #benefits!?!????It's been suggested to drink your lemon water withal straw!!! Or eat dairy directly after drinking your water ! The bar cancels the acid! ?
